Because all Nuvori products are made-to-order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse (e.g. wrong size selected, changed your mind, etc.).
However, we want you to love what you ordered! If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at [insert support email] with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
We will gladly offer a replacement or refund for any item that arrives damaged, misprinted, or different from what you ordered.
Please note: Refunds are not available for orders affected by user-error, such as incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.
